Maua

Maua is a hair pin with a silver filigree flower, made of fine silver wire worked into open lacework.

The flower was originally part of a handmade brooch, which I took apart to turn it into this pin, so it exists only once. It sits well in an updo and works for a wedding as easily as for a party.
