Labradorite Kites

Labradorite Kites is a pair of silver ear studs in sterling silver 925, each set with a kite-cut labradorite in a silver bezel and a small brilliant-cut blue sapphire above it.

The labradorite shifts as you turn your head, showing blue and gray from one angle and going dark from another, and the sapphire adds one deep blue point of color. The sharp kite shape keeps them graphic rather than soft. Labradorite is known as a protective stone, said to shield against outside negativity. The earrings are photographed without their push backs, but they are sold with them.
