Street tile earrings

The Street tile earrings are a pair of round drop earrings in sterling silver 925, cast from a print of a Rotterdam street tile and hanging from simple silver hooks. Small silver drops run around the edge of each disc.

They were made for Stadsparels (City Pearls), a series in which Nastasia went looking for unseen jewels in the city and turned fragments of Rotterdam into something you can wear. The rough, grainy surface sits dark against the bright silver edge, which gives them a raw, urban look. They are sold as a pair.
